Tuvimos la suerte de hacer con Carlos la ruta por los palmerales y con visita a la cascada, y he de reconocer que fue de las mejores excursiones de Costa Rica. Our group of eight had an incredible time with Fourtrax. The tour guides were outstanding—friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had a safe and exciting adventure. The ATV trails were a highlight on their own, offering a fun mix of terrain changes, from gravel and dirt roads to splashing through water crossings that kept the ride engaging from start to finish.

After the ride, we enjoyed a short, scenic hike to a beautiful waterfall where we could cool off with a refreshing swim. It was the perfect way to wrap up an already amazing experience.

My group had an incredible experience with Diego as our ATV guide at Fourtrax. From the moment we arrived, he made every single one of us — myself, my sister‑in‑law Sarah, my husband Alex, and the two other couples riding with us — feel completely safe, comfortable, and excited for the adventure ahead. Diego has that rare combination of professionalism, patience, and genuine warmth. He explained everything clearly, checked in with each rider throughout the tour, and made sure everyone felt confident on their ATV. His knowledge of the area, attention to safety, and easygoing personality turned the whole experience into something truly special. What stood out most was how quickly he felt like a lifelong friend rather than just a guide. He kept the energy fun, made us laugh, and created an atmosphere where everyone could relax and enjoy the ride. It’s clear he loves what he does, and it made our tour unforgettable.
